We were a bit disappointed about the beach. So just keep in mind that the pier is public and anyone can just hang out at any time of the day. They sent their security down there and the young males eventually left the pier area. I eventually called to the receptionist and advised them of the loud noise. As time went by the noise just kept getting louder and louder. We had to catch a early flight so we definitely needed to get some shut eye. Our last night there, we woke up to loud noise coming from a group of young kids hanging out at the pier. The resort is right next to the pier and due to construction going on. We got woken up everyday it seemed like at 8 am. The only issue we had was the noise from the ocean view room we chose. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. My husband and I chose this resort because of its location and all adults only. Thanks to everyone at the hotel! It's really worth staying there! In addition, the hotel is very close to fifth avenue and the beach. They turned our trip into a beautiful experience. He makes all drinks with so much love! The best hotel drinks for sure! Experience 10/10! We also want to record great experiences with the waiter Arturo, from the restaurant by the pool. He did everything to make us feel at home, even when the house was full, he couldn't take the smile off his face. Ricardo treated us with great politeness, friendliness and respect. About the bartenders: we would like to especially congratulate Ricardo, who works exclusively in the hotel's ground floor bar - El Tigre. They put us in a room that had a lot of musty smell, but soon they changed our accommodation and even presented us with a bottle of sparkling wine. We were on the all inclusive system, which is really worth it (things are quite expensive in Playa). Wondering what there is to do in this neck of the woods?
